The UQK-02 floating ball liquid level controller is suitable for liquid control of various containers. When the liquid level reaches the upper and lower switching values, the controller contact sends an on-off switch signal. The product series is divided into two categories: explosion-proof and non explosion-proof. The explosion-proof type can be used for liquid level control of pressure vessels with flammable and explosive media of Class 1.2 and Groups A, B, and C. The controller is not suitable for media that have strong corrosive effects on materials such as brass and stainless steel, as well as media containing magnetic impurities.
The structural principle of float level controller
The UQK floating ball liquid level controller consists of two separate parts: a floating ball group and a contact group that are isolated from each other.
When the measured liquid level rises or falls, the floating ball 1 rises and falls accordingly, causing the magnetic steel 2 at its end to swing up and down. Through magnetic force, the magnetic steel 4 with the same magnetic pole installed inside the housing 3 is repelled from swinging up and down, and the moving contact 5 at its other end is connected or disconnected between the stationary contacts 1-1 and 2-2.
